The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the market and the only bus station in Imerovigli. The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable, although my original room was supposed to have air conditioning, which it didn't. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay, making me feel welcome. However, the dining options could have been improved, as the breakfast was somewhat limited.
